It's in a lovely quiet area, just around the corner from a great infant school, near a nice big park to walk the doggies! It's 4 bedroomed so step dd can have her own room when she comes to stay and dp can have his own room for an office.

We've also seen some cheap units for Mark to rent just down the road too!

Viewing went fine girlies - just have to put an application form in today and then they will take it off the market and see what we can negotiate.

The house has a lovely kitchen and big living room/diner (although decor is a bit old fashioned) and theirs a little playroom off the living room like a conservatory with no door 😕 - but perfect for Georgia-Mae

There's three bedrooms all big enough for doubles and a 'box' rom set up as an office - which is perfect!

However the bathroom is tiny and i mean tiny, but there is a small wet room downstairs off of the utility!

The garden is a lovely size and nicely enclosed - great for our little madam and the doggies.... 😎

I've not set my heart on it just incase so am still looking!

Cool glad to hear, is the bathroom near the office could always make it bigger by losing that? Then again if you've got a wet room no need to.
