28 weeks baby has dropped and braxtons

I had my 28 week check today, they told me the baby has dropped. Is this normal and i've been having loads of braxton hicks.

yea charly was 3/5 engaged from 28weeks till i had her when she finaly fully enagaged to 5/5 lol nothing to worry about 😴
