can anyone help?

ok i may sound stupid but here goes... i am trying to get one of them pregnancy tickers, i have been on lilypies site and a few others, i create a ticker but when it comes to putting it in here, i just dont know what to do???????
i have tried pasting the link thing in my signature box but if you look at my last couple of posts, alls thats coming up is some words

I just found this on the sites help and sugestion
Are you clicking submit when you have put the code into your signature box? Also check that your only using one code.Once you have done it write a post(anything )and see if it comes up or hit the refresh button.
I really cant remember how i got mine up lol. 🙃
