Bullying

Have you ever been on the receiving end of bullying? i never was bullied at school and never in the work place until this job i am now doing.

We have one woman who thinks she is the shift know it all as she has been there the longest and if you dont like/agree with everything she says you get shunned.

What makes it more difficult is that she is very friendly with the shift supervisor (male) and they both do quality checks on your work and do their best to pick faults in your work and make life generally uncomfortable.

I am not known for keeping my mouth shut and i`m very quick tempered into the bargain so i am at breaking point with the both of them. I do need my job for money and sanity so i don`t want to lose it if i finally snap and lose the plot altogether 😛

I am looking for another job as i can no longer work in this enviroment as it is effecting home life as i take it out on Brian and Amy 😊

awww hon, im sorry to hear that some small minded insecure people are making your life a misery. I hope you can find another jobs soon.

Some people have to blow others peoples candles out to make their own seem brighter.

its a shame but shows how pathetic and insecure people like that are. Hope it gets better for ya honey xxx

thanks for that. i do believe in what goes around comes around so eventually she will get her just rewards 😀

most definitly hon, and hopefully by that time you will have got another job, and be happy and she will be a distant albeit annoying memory.

i wont allow her to get me down. i don`t know who she thinks she is but she is no better than me and i wont let her get me down as that means she has won. 😀

aww huni hope it getts better for you soon! its horrid being bullied in school for 7 years and its not nice @ all!!!

even now if i see the girl that bullied me ill cross the road and walk the other way, but i have realised that i am a better person then her! i have 2 kids that love me, what does she ahve?

i am feeling a bit better now that i have taken a pro-active approach. i had an interview of Friday afternoon ans i will see if i get the job. If i dont there must be something out there for me. I am taking charge of myself ansd no-one is going to win except me 😀

wow this was ages ago i posted this 😲 Unfortunately i am still working the same job as there doesn`t seem much else available at the moment.

On the bright side that nasty piece of work is off on the sick and is due a meeting with the big boss about her time keeping/bullying and the production manager reckons she will get the sack as her attendance for the year is only 68% since January 😲

It will be a far better place to work without her. i know it sounds nasty but i`m keeping my fingers crossed that she soon will be gone 😀

it is horrible to work with a bully. dreading going into work just in case the atmosphere is terrible 😕

As far as i am concerned she is getting everything she deserves 😀

definitely darl i was working when i fell pregnant with my daughter and i felt i was bullied into doing things which when i was 3 months pregnant i felt was out of order to expect me to do! heavy lifting and things and also i went through a stage of dizziness and because i was working in a factory i had to stand and wasn't allowed to go for a quick sit down even though there was enough people to cover me!

this was all down to my line leader who thought she was obviously the best because she was getting paid a few pound more than me for doing absolutely bugga all! how annoying, anyway i eventually left which upset me as there were a lot of people i miss but i couldn't handle her anymore!

It is Karma - what goes around truly does come back and bite you on the bum!
So if she's being pulled up for bullying, does that mean she's treated others in this way? She sounds like a weak minded, insecure, self-centred witch (like all bullies).

Really hope she gets what she deserves.

I was bullied through most of my school life and not an experience I would ever like to go through again. I met one of the girls who bullied me a few years ago and she actually apologised for the way she had treated me

Hope things are getting better for you at work now
