We're back home and Welcome Newbies!

Hey guys, had a good safe flight back home yesterday 😀

I wanted to say hello and welcome to the new people who've joined over the last few days! This is THE best parenting forum ever!!:D

It's really good to be home even though I'm missin' the girls 🙁 Aaralyn was really happy to be home and didn't even cry when we left yesterday morning (I thought for sure she would). It made me feel good knowing that this is now home to her and she feels very well adjusted here now 😀 . She (we) missed Mike and Amber alot
and they missed her (me) alot too! It was so adorable when we got down to the baggage claim area and Mike and Amber were there waiting for us, Amber literally ran full speed up to us and bout knocked us over with hugs... THAT made me feel really, really good 😀

On another happy note, I just spoke to the manager of the travel agency I interviewed for... she has one more interview to do today, which she made very clear to me that she didn't even want to bother because she wants ME! for the position but her boss is having her interview this guy because he has much more recent experience than I do.. I still think I'm gonna be gettin' a call this afternoon offering me the position 😉 (keep those fingers crossed!)

And one more thing... today is a holiday in the states celebrating Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday... I just want to say in honor of this, I think he was an incredible human being and I wish that all of us (meaning humans in general) could just try to practice a little more tolerance and learn to be more open minded in general like this great man did... we could all use a little MLK in us I think 😊

well so far so good,but its slow as we have just had xmas,we are living on tax credits etc as we dont have a wage coming in at the moment so its tough,

Well keep at it guys! Hopefully you will start making enough there to start giving yourselves a wage 🙂
