I am soooooo naughty

and feeling the affects of it too!

Mark had a problem with the car last night so ended up coming home, but he brought WINE with him!!! 😬 😬

Still i weighed myself this moring and i have lost 7.5 lbs!!!! 😀 😀

But my HEAD HURTS!!!! I vow never to drink again..... 🤔

When I was out with my Mum and aunties last week they were plying me with red wine and sambucas 🤔 😛 🤢

Not too good when I got in, but suprisingly well the next day!

Don't forget though that alcohol has a dehydrating effect, so some of that weight loss will be down to the water your body has lost through drinking booze 🙂

Well done on the loss, but don't be disheartened if after a few glasses of water to cure the hangover that you weigh a little more tomorrow! 😉
