Fallen Off The Wagon

I have fallen off the wagon with my diet, I lost about 17lbs, and I have been eating rubbish, I cannot face going on the scales, I have been just eating bad, I have to get back on it
🙁

Hey Sonja just don't get back on the scale until you feel confident about it again, try to get back on track and they weigh yourself when you feel you've lost weight again 🙂

Aw hun, you will get the motivation up again soon enough. I'll second what Tammy said too. x
