My poorly girlie

was throwing a little tantrun whilst out shopping today and pulled away from daddy - pulling her elbow out of joint!

She's done it before - so we went straight to A&E. The lovley doctor mended her 'broken' arm - bless!!

the poor little thing!! they say dont they if you pull it once its so easy to do it again!!

i hope shes ok! i once saw on tv that they say lie on ur belly on ur bed hanging your head n shoulders over and hold a tin of beans - the weight of the beans pops it back in!! i didnt think beans were that heavy lol!!
