My nan is in hospital again

Not long back nan had to be admitted to hospital they found a blood clot near her heart 🙁
well today she has been feeling under the weather and they have had to take her back in 🙁
please keep your finger's crossed that my nan will be ok
mum's just phoned said she is still waiting for news off my grandad and will update me when she can 🙁

Nan is ok thankgod they kept her in over night to keepeye on her and grandad said she can come home today, she has to have her daily cheack up's and keep taking her meds, but she is coming home i'm so happy 😀
