Oh it went fine - just it's very quiet at the moment!

I'm at work now actually - i'm the only person in on reception and i am Early Duty Manager too! I've only 10 rooms to check-out too 🙁

We've 188 bedrooms so you can imagine how busy i usually am on a Sunday morning - especially in Golf Season.

I've got my Personal Development Plan on Monday - i never know what to say in these things. General opinion of the person doing mine is that i can do her job better than she stood on my head blindfolded! Bless her - i don't think she is 'bad' just needs to develop her confidence and people management skills (and actually do her job - not what she THINKS is her job) anyway enough said...lol! I could go on forever about this subject but i won't. I'm willing to support her to the best of my ability.

I'm happy with what i have achieved since i started here last Feb, i've been promoted to Duty Manager and won Employee Star of the Quarter, got 100% twice on mystery guest visits and earnt alot of respect! PLus i represent three departments in the Employee Consultative Forum (of which i am a very actively vocal person) Just got to think what targets to set as my development plan....errrr errrrrr errrrrr

I'm supposed to have an employee questionnaire done by tomorrow and I've had enough of that! I started it last night and fell out with it because I'm repeating myself all the time. Grrrrrr lol.

I got onto the wine and the Bailey's and stressed out over it and then ended up having a naughty ciggy 🙁 I'm soo ashamed of myself. 😛

Well my shift for today is nearly over!

Just gotta wait to had over the keys for the safe and re-count it, hand over the phone and any issues i encountered this morning!

Then it's home for me at 3.15 yaaaaay 😀 😎

Welcome home! Hope the day flew by for ya! I need to start looking for work again. I got kept on the call in list if they need someone but they didnt keep any seasonal people on after the holidays for permanent work 🙁

I'm getting ready to re-vamp my resume and get it out there again 😉

I'm sure you will find something Tammy. Hope you have more luck re-vamping your resumae than I had with my questionnaire lol! I'm going to have another bash at completing it, without getting out the bottle of wine lol!!!

I finished the questionnaire at last lol, I did have a glass of wine with my Sunday Dinner but that is all today hehe!

I've said i wil go and manage the desk at our hotel in York for a week at the end of this month too as there Reception Manager has left (i do not knowe why) along with two other receptionists, leaving only two staff!

Thing is - i'll be away from dd 😢 😢
