Paypal Help!!!
i didnt know where stick this so just stuck it in general lol!
anyways - how do i claim my money back? does anyone know what to do as iv never had to do this before!

i purchased a product off dealextreme.com on the 2nd december - yes a xmas present! the delivery time stated 14 wrking days,after this i contacted them to tell them - they didnt know what i was talking about and asked for my transaction id and product number.so again i replied with the information (i have them in emails) they then told me that the product info and id does not exhist do i have more proof of my transaction! so i forwaded them a paypal reciept,a confirmation of order reciept from them and also a cinfirmation of payment reciept from them. and again - they are telling me that the information contained on the documents doent exhist on their systems!! so i have now stopped playing the good cop and turned bad cop! im sick of the twoing and frowing of emails which are getting me no-where and as i payed thru paypal i want my money reimbursing.now i know paypal does this but i dont know how you do it! can somebody please tell me what i have to do! thankyou!!
