Well...

the car is still poorly and we are not getting any answer from the garage as to when it will be ready or how much it costs.

Just called my mother who said she will take us to Morrisons as i need some bits - and dp has said to cheer me up he's gonna make me something special for tea...

(i'm hoping it's his lovely stuffed mushrooms or lamb roast..yummy)

I'm gonna have a bottle of wine to cheer me up too later tonight! I'm feeling rather down. Money we were expecting hasn't come in and with the car needing new tyres a fortnght ago at £250 and the cluth going at a cost in the region of £300 xmas is a hell of a lot tighter than we thought it would be!

Still it's not the end of the world we are all healthy and i suppose tyhier isn't too much more that can go wrong.... 😀

We had to borrow some money - which we have never done before, I felt so awful for asking but we were going to end up missing bills and the bank charges are scandalous so would make me even more skint! I remember my washing machine and my hoover both blew up while I was on maternity leave with George so all our emergency money was eaten up just like that 😉
