does anyone do avon... need advice
tried call em but i wasnt waiting for 45mins!! emailed em but i got wait 48hrs for reply...
thing is,im the avon rep of my area an tonight someone has posted a book thru my door - not only mine... all my customers... on my territory!!! 😠 what do i do as i cant get in touch with the office and this woman isnt answering her fone!
another thing is how do i politely say to her she on my territory wihout sounding all ruling if u kno wot i mean?

i used to do it and this happened to me. my senior hdnt ever set up my area properly, so some other organiser gave it to a new rep. i lost half my territory and didnt have enough left to carry on. might be a genuine error and she might do somewhere else instead
hey hun. i became an avon rep in july and was given 2 roads that belonged to someone else. i didnt know anything till she called me. i then called my lady and she sorted it.
you could ring her and just tell her that shes been given yr territory. she can then sort it out with her lady, or you could just keep trying to get through to an agent. i know what you mean bout this fast track think. more like slow track lol
iv tried fone my avon person (the one who gave me my territory) and her house number and mobile no longer exhist!!! looks like shes packed the job in without tellin me!! grrrr its annoyed me now as i dont want my customers gettin annoyed by a, recieving the same books again b, thinkin im no longer doing it and going with her!!! daft moo!
iv emailed her as her email was on the bottom of the order form... ggrrrrrr im even more annoyed now,this new person on my land (lol!) is makin herself out to be all high n mighty,her email is avonstoke@yahoo!!! shes gonna sound all professional to my customers 😢
have you tried calling avon again and talking to an agent. im sure its just an accident. if not just let us know and we'll come and duff her up lolol. only kidding lol
yeh i keep tryin phone but everytime i phone my waiting time increases!! they just dont wanna talk to me!! dam avon!!
well i have found out this morning my area manager has packed it in without telling me 😠 and my new area manager - who has never been in contact - has appointed this new person on my area!! they have all the details on a laptop for f 😠 k sake!! how can they do this!!! im thinkin about packing it in!!
my new are rep has not contacted me either. dont even know her name.
whats happened then? have they told this new woman? or is she going to carry on tresspassing on yr territory?
shame yr thinking of giving it in hun 🙁 you shouldnt have too. they should give her another 'unoccupied' area
me and this other woman have been in contact via email and weve exchanged a few streets - better for me really as with me havin ethan in the buggy id rather do terraced houses than those with drives!! so weve swapped 2 streets!! works out better for me tho as theres more terraces than other houses on the streets! still aint heard off the area manager tho!!i really dont see the point of them - especially when they earn comission from our sales aswel as there own!!!
