I have joined a woman's group

John's friend does lots of suppoprt work e.c.t and before the 6 week's i went to a woman's group and really enjoyed myself well it's up and running again and i went to day it's on from 10-2 and i really enjoy it im going again tomorrow 😀 it's for woman with lots of issues ,depression, woman who have sufferd domestic violence and the group is for woman of all agers they go on day trips and help you to lose weight and to get back in to work 😀 best of all i have made friends and one woman who's child plays with Demi and Zoe at school has inviterd me to hers for a cuppa so i will be getting out more and meeting new people put also get help with my depression and other issues 😀

Donna, it seems like you are such a strong woman, you will probably be inspiring and helping alot of woman in this group with out even knowing it 😀

I have been to the group again today talked up for all the parents out there that have lossed a child/ren and to say we need more support more groups and more home help insted of the GP's fobbing us off with anti D's why should a bereived parent wait for support?? you get put on a bl**dy waiting list for bereivment counceling it;s blOOdy shocking to have to wait for help you need help from the start when it's all raw 😠

hapydazy why don't you look into doing a group local for single mums? im considering running a group for bereived parents just i need the education to do a job like this but when the kids are all in full time school i think i might just do this for myself and for many other parents out there, i know what there going threw and i know i can help them but help myself at the same time 😀
