Grrr why can't British people answer the phone!I'm not racist or anything, but I can't understand what they say and they don't understand me either, just spoke to someone because I have a direct debit for £69.50 a month but my contract is £35.99 a month for the line rental and BT broadband. So I didn't understand why I am paying so much, they said its to cover all the charges for that month 🤪 Didn't think I called people that much lol. Does anyone find this annoying?

i had a call on my mobile earlier and could not understand the man was saying,think he was in india, i got fed up and hung up in the end 😠 😠
