back from hols!!
hi guys im back!!
right here goes -
first night there some little sh*t tries to take lottie back to his caravan - he was about 10yrs old and when MIL called lottie back the boy tried to get her to ignore MIL and take her but she let go and ran back! his brother was also trying to persuade kids to come bk to the caravan he was a lil older.
little sh*t is lucky it was the park staff that dealt with him as i was ready to kill - they spoke to his parents and he said it was just a game of hide and seek then why would a 10 yr old wanna play that with a 4yr old? and why would he try and get her to ignore my mil when she called her? dunno what the parents did but if that was my cvhild he wouldnt be sitting down for a long time! all that went through my head afterwards was that jamie bulgers killers were 10/11yrs old when he went missing!
apart from that week was nice - lottie enjoyed the beach and got covered in sand and got soaked b4 i could get her in her bikini so had to buy her a top to go home in lol!
Thomas behaved great and slept and ate well - learnt to blow bloomin raspberries and was soaking himself every day! but u could see the concentration on his face when he was trying to copy me lol!
Lottie spent most of the holiday running around after DFs cousin who she loves to bits - he's 15yrs old lol!
then on thur nite had the shock of our lives as dd decided to let herself out and walk to the swings across from our cabin while me and df were getting ready to go out! and omg did she get a telling off - gave me a heat attack! lucky mil was just coming bk from going out as we left b4 them and lottie was on the swing - when mil went over lottie came running back and said i said she could go by herself!! anyway - i know how lucky i am to have dd back but i also sound like a really crap mum now which has upset me a bit
nice to be home and almost sorted gotta do more washing and sort suitcases out tomorrow!
Glad ya's had a great holiday hun,the little boy incident would have left me quite angry and scared but at least it got sorted and you had your mil to help ya out a bit.Kids get so smart dont they my ds also does things he knows hes not allowed to do then tells my dh i gave him permision to do it "kerniving little buggers"lol glad your all home safe and well.xx

Holiday sounds overall very good, I would have kicked up a stink about the lad as well(little sod). Sounds like Lottie is trying to become grown up (and chance her luck) thankfully all was safe and well.xx

Welcome back, glad you had fun and sorry for what you went through. The incident with the boy would have had me steamin' mad too. I can't imagine how scared you were when you found Lottie had gone off to the swings, however it does NOT make you a crappy mom!! Happy that you are all home safe and sound 😀
