FLU

My god, i have flu, this one is so painful, from head to toe am in pain, shivering like mad then so hot i feel like i am going to burst...What makes it worse, looking after my lot doesnt make me feel any better...Let me know if anyone gets this (flu), it aint nice....

Thanks girls, i am only on for a bit...Still got it and just slightly taking the knock off it, cant stand it any longer.....NEED ADVICE.. i havent ate nothing for 5 days , just drank loads of water, and juice. the only thing is i am peeing like a dark watery red..I have been taking Lloyds pharmacys own Expectorant cough syrup, and having my Pain killers any way . Would this be the cough med that is coming ouy,dont for get nothing in body to absorb it...Please answer asap...Thanks Hunnies, hope you dont get this, its a killer.... 🙁 🙁 🙁

Sounds like you could be right about the colouring in the medicine showing itself when you urinate but get yourself to the Doctors just to be on the safe side as not having eaten for a few days will only weaken you & allow the Flu to take a hold of you more than it has already! Get well soon Hunni! 🙂 x

Donnalisa is right, you need some food in you to help your immune system fight the flu, girl! At least you're keeping your fluids up, but please try and go to the Doctors on Monday and have a check-up. Let us know how it goes!

Thanks Hunnies, still under the wicked flu spell,LOL, went doc , he gave me antibiotics which seem to have calmed my cough right down, loosing up now, so thats good... Oh it was the colour of the med, when i went the loo, thank god, hoping to be better by the weekend at least..Oh to feel like a normal demented mum again...LOL..Speak soon,

Hi i also have flu..im in so much pain..ive not slept for 4 days now and my head and throat are killing me..i carnt eat anything cause i carnt swallow..and when i sneeze my head want to explode..my skin feels so sore..
my midwife said i have to eat somthing if not i will be admitted to hospital to be put on the drip..

But boyfriend taking good care of me buying me prezzies for not moaning as much lol..
