Also forgot to say in my update about today post...

My poor kitty Willow got hurt today and I don't know how... she was in the yard, Marc and Aaralyn were out there and neither saw what happened, but Marc came in to tell me she had blood all over the side of her face 😲 !! Of course, I freaked (was still already upset about the whole "baby daddy" thing), ran outside to see her and she looked like a mess. She has a cut on the side of her face under her ear. She wouldn't let me look to close at it but I did hold her for a minute and pour peroxide on it to try and clean and get a better look.

It has stopped bleeding, she seems ok, eating, drinking, she's a little pissed at me right now for doing the peroxide thing, and will only come to me if she sees nothing in my hands (like a brown bottle LOL). I may take her to the vet on Monday to have a look at it, money I don't have to spend so hopefully she won't need to go... I just want to be sure she's ok. Maybe she snuck next door and got in a fight with the neighbor cat (we know they already have history right!) I would have thought we'd have heard that though... could have gotten it caught on a thorn or something 🤔 .

Just please, if you would, make some wishes that she's ok and it doesn't end up more serious then it seems... thank you my friends! 🙂

awwwwwwwww poor baby. hope shes ok hun. we have same thing with bandit. his leg, feet and just under his ear have cuts on. we think hes got caught on something. our neighbour has some chicken wire on their fence and its got a hole in so we think its from there. like you were keeping an eye on it. looks better today so we'll see.

if a cat gets caught on something, they will fight to get out and dont care bout getting injured

Aw poor Willow hope she is ok! Vets are blumming expensive hope she doesn't need to see one and she recovers well xx

Thanks, she looks much better today, she cleaned it up pretty well herself last night, so now I can see better where the boo boo is. Be keeping her inside today and watching her closely...

Thanks Jo Jo and Stacey, she seems to be fine... she cleaned herself up the night before, I trimmed the fur around the area and it looks ok, I'm gonna try to keep some ointment on it to keep it clean and infection free... and she's not mad at me anymore so I'll give her that hug from ya 😍

:DGlad to hear Willow is doing better babe.Did you find out how she got hurt? 😘 My bf and i saved a bird that had been attacked by something yesterday and its doing really well we are going to let it go this week once its wing has healed. 😀

Awww, I hope the bird ends up well, good for you guys!! I still have no idea what happened, I'm thinking like Stacey said, maybe got caught on something... It just seemed like it happened so fast, whatever it was.
