confused and annoyed

ok. i just got my phone bill. and on it are 4 calls on one day to premium rate numbers totalling 30 inues and £35 .

First response was to throttle my husband. I rang on eof the numbers quickly and they said they were sure office systems?

ok, well im waiting for bt to call me back, to tell me the times of the calls and who the numbers are for.

I mean, crap, my total calls for the month are less than £20, we cannot afford this!

And if i find out this is my husbands doing...god help him!

Yikes! someone's in big trouble huh.... maybe it was for help with the computer or something? I know I called for help with my old system and it was a charge call... 🤔 hope you get it sorted hun!

ive had a 7 day gym membership, and i have lost 2 lbs in 5 days!!!

I felt really empowered after sorting out the phone thing. Bt (phone company) are renounded for making it as difficult as possible to get charges taken off even if they are wrong!
