csa and advice

hi all sorry to bug u with this again! advice for a mate!
ok the thing is he has been in touch with the csa and they have sad for him to get the dna test he wants he has to apply to the court to have his name taken off the childs birth certificate first. so any advice on how to go about this pleeeease!!

can you tell us a bit more info??

is he the dad or not? he is on the birth certificate but he doesnt want to be??

is he paying the csa??

ok, hes on the birth certificae coz they were together at the time and he trusted her. hes not sure hes the father coz she has denied he is since their split and there are a few things that have put doubt in his mind. the csa say coz hes on the birth cert then he will have to pay as of 1st sept, if he goes to court and gets his name off the cert then they will suspend the payments while parentage is being concluded. not sure that is any help 😬

dont think u can have it just taken off before the dna results come back and if they come back that he isnt the father i dont think they can have payments from him wether he is on it or not and if she put his name on the b/c knowing he wasnt the father she can get done for fraud or something giveing fase details there is a big sign in a reg room saying u will be fined 1000 pounds for doing it so she wil be buggered too
tell him to go ans see cab or a solicitor or something hunni they will be best to help

If they do take payments off him before he finds out he is the dad and he ends not being so, they should pay him back. Or he can get the money off the mum if she gives it too him.

no chance of her giving it to him hunnie, she hates hi big style coz he stands u to her, doesnt crawl to her every wim 😠
