help needed ( the pill)

was driving me mental,feeling ill and off my food,and turned into the mother and wife from hell,have come off it as it was making me depressed,anyone else suffered from this,this was my 4th type of pill as all the others did the same as well,back to square one now as dont want a coil or injections so we are going to have to be careful,can anyone suggest a good alternative as we still want more children in the near future,jo

I would go speak to your GP hun. Best idea really

cant be doing with something under skin am 31 now and still want more children so would like something I can conceive with straight away

i've used both the pill and patch, the patch messed me cycles up big style. they still messed up, so all i'll be using now his condoms and withdrawral....

Mini pill, condoms, coil, cup thingy, implant, there are loads out there.

Why don't you go to the family planning clinic?

Don't let it lie. My friend did, and she just found out she's pregnant again (whoopsies). The pill was causing disastrous side effects with her!

I can't take the pill - allergic to oestrogen. I used to get injections - once every 3 months. It ws great, but it can take a while to conceive once you're off it.

I CANT RECOMMENED THE IMPLANT ENOUGH. yOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DOING ANYTHING FOR 3 YEARS. wHEN YOU WANT IT REMOVED YOU GO BACK TO NORMAL IN DAYS, IT DOES'NT GET EFFECTED BY ANTIBIOTICS OR THE RUNS ECT. aT FIRST YOU ARE AWARE IT'S THERE BUT AFTER A FEW WEEKS YOU FORGET. i THINK IT IS GOOD IF YOU FORGET THE PILL AS I DID!

I was the same on the pill hun, then I got pregnant with Charlotte because we um didn't bother sorting anything else out 😊

I went on a pill called Yasmin wich was great but I spotted around ovulation grrr so I had to stop and then decided to try again anyway.

ATM we just have to use the rubber ronnies as I've been advised not to go back on the pill due to them not agreeing with me. I was going to get the coil but my hubby said he would look into getting the snip but seems like he's chickened out of that one (we aren't wanting anymore babies).

I'm thinking of getting an injection but I spotted when I ovulated the other day and it was really painful and my moods are horrendous and I'm not even on anything ATM?! 🤔

The first one I was ever on made me have panick attacks, the second one I was on made me unable to eat proper meals and I'd feel really sick and I went down to about 7st 12lb (bear in mind I'm 5'8") so was seriously underweight. Now the one I'm on is ok 🤔
