Why do men have to roar and shout?
that is all brian seems to do to Amy at the moment and he is really getting on my nerves.
If you ask her to do things in a normal voice 9 times out of 10 she will do but Brian still seems to think that roaring at her will make her do it quicker.
New flash to him his deep bass voice roaring like a bull only sends her into hysterics and so makes thinks worse than they need to be 😠
We have a great routine Amy and myself then he is off on holiday everything changes and has to suit him. I know he is bored and so am i but there is no need to shout at her all the time 😠 😠 😠

My DH is the same hun, I've put it down to the fact he just doesn't have the same patience as me!
All he gets from me is 'well done that worked' as Charlotte runs of crying! 😠

He was shouting at her earlier because she was crying after banging her toes. all she wanted was a bit sympathy not him bawling at her 🤔
i agree with candgsmum in that men dont seem to have patience with kids when theyre not around them 24/7
my james is the same. he was brought up in a strict household and the kids have to do what he says first time and double pronto. me?? im not like that and of course the kids get upset. ive got this to come when hes on holiday in a fortnights time
My bf is like that, Cait sometimes ignore us and it annoyes him so he does that.

My BF can get that way sometimes too, but he doesn't yell, he just has a loud deep voice naturally 😲
Aaralyn's father is the opposite, never yells, it takes alot to get him stirred up. I asked Aaralyn, does daddy every yell at you and she said no, only you do 😲 . Ok, I've raised my voice to here, but I really try not to yell 😊 (my mom was a yeller, and I vowed never to be, but sometimes it just slips out 😐 )
He's also only with her 2 times a week compared to my almost 24/7 with her.
if allans been at work early hrs then he shouts for no reason really, but usually he's brilliant.
Brian has quite a deep voice as well so he doesnt need to raise it much to sound like he is shouting 😉
Me i will admit i am a yeller and a nag but Amy is used to me in the house all day and usually daddy is in a good mood all the time so it is upsetting her how he is just now.
well lucky for me rich doesnt shout he doesnt wanna be like his parents and again if u have read my inlaws forum u will know why,he has never shouted at me and kieran doesnt need to be shouted at yet hes still a good boy 😀 xx
My hubby never has to shout. As he never shouts just rasing his voice has a good effect on our son George, 4 1/2yrs. The only time he ever shouted was when George accidently hurt his baby sisier (despite being told to be gentle a hundred times!) and the fact he shouted made George cry til he was sick! Darren's dad was very strict with no paitence, while his grampy, who he spent alot of time with, was always paitent and calm and he always said he would be like that too. While i admit i shout most days which makes me feel really gulity 🙁
Dave doesnt need to shout at Mia becase for some reason if he asks her to do something she will do it! but if it is me asking her she will try and push me! think this is because she is with me most of the time! I must admit I raise my voice to her but even that doesnt work so she goes in time out if she really pushes me! only happened about 3 times so far though! Terrible twos here we come! 😀
