heart burn

help, i've got heart burn,i get it a lot and its doing my head in. its a family thing, my grandad used to get and my mum and brother get it...i cant stand it!! 😢

Aw hun, get some Gaviscon or rennies down your neck for a bit of relief.

i cant take any of those things, they make me feel ill. i usually just drink some milk instead

i'm chewing minty gum at the mo in the hope it will ease off 😬

when i was pregnant with mia i used to get alot of heartburn horrible isnt it hun! 🤢 I used to drink alot of milk, always worked hehe 😀

I don't have a any great remedies other than antacids or zantac... hope you feel better sweety. 😘

milk or chewing mints is the cures I have heard
