Ended Up At A&E Yesterday

Hi All

Well I was doing really well I got up and I had a big coldsore just below my nose but because I suffer from them all the time I didn't take any notice. Has the day went on I started to lose the feeling down the side of my face. I went to Next with my Mom and she said that my eye was pulling and I said that I started to feel unwell.

I went to the hospital and they done some tests but they said that it may be the start to shingles if a rash appears over the next day or so or it is viral infection to the nerves in my face.

He wants me to go back 2morrow to see how it is, he was putting needle pricks to my face and I could feel it to the right of my face but not to the left.

Awful, today well the coldsore is worse but can't see any rash. The feeling in my face is not as bad as yesterday so hoping I am getting better.

Today is another day whilst I know the coldsore won't go overnight the feeling in my face is not so bad.
I hated it and it did frighten me.

Yeah me too, I could just shut my eyes and have a sleep now. I have done all my housework and Alex due back now so no chance of a sleep.
