Just saw all your rain on our evening news...
I believe it was Stratford upon Avon?? 😲 wow!! they said more rain in one day than in a whole season!! and showed scenes of it. How many of you are effected by all the rain?
Hope everyone is fairing well 🙂
I'm quite lucky where I am, have had a fair bit of rain but no flooding. Feel really sorry for those who are being constantly flooded at the moment 🙁

for a change us up here in Scotland arent getting flooded like some parts of England 😲
It must be devastating to have you house flooded and all you possessions gone 😢
we live in South Wales and although we were fine where we are ( live halfway up a mountain so no chance of flooding ), Barry ( seaside town ) was under water.
I text my friends who live near Birmingham and she said they were fine but her husband had water up to his window when he was driving home on Friday!
I was also due to pick up my daughter yesterday from her dad but the motorways were flooded! 😠
I feel so sorry for those who have been severely affected by the floods, watching it on the TV.. it was like watching scenes from abroad, like Cambodia, which was flooded years ago.
We live in the cotswolds and were badly hit. Luckily our place is ok but surrounding areas are badly damaged. Lots of travel chaos. A woman even gave birth in a traffic jam as she could'nt get to hospital, poor woman. Easying up now so are going to head out today
The weather has been awful here about 20 minutes from where I live there is a field which is so deep that children was in it yesterday and its just like a big pool. I don't understand why they even went in it but it was up to there wastes its awful I mean you would not mind if it was Jan or Feb but this time of year you don't expect it.

weve been very lucky here
Some places quite close to us have had their homes swamped with 5 feet of water, luckily we live in an area with a decline, so all the water runs down hill...
Maybe people will listen to the experts now when they say we need to look after this planet a little more eh? after all, this is mankinds doing in the long run 🙁
We can't cope with nothing in this country, rain, snow and our roads come to a stand still.
arghhhh

Rich said:Ditto, what you said Rich! It's not too late to teach our kids how to respect their Mother (earth) though, and maybe we and they can help turn it around before it's too late!
