Looks to me like she has a very good vocabulary. I think by 2 you're doing good if she's saying that much trouble. Actually, you're in trouble, cuz she's gonna be talkin' you crazy!! LOL (Aaralyn too, wonder where she get's it from 🤔 )

sounds fine to me but i dont have any other kids to compare with and Amy talks non stop like me 😊

How early were your other 2 talking?

aimee was about 10 moths wen she started babbling enough for you to make it out

liam was about 15 months

She can say lots hun 🙂

I think that's pretty good.
Actually I'm finding my ds quite lazy with speech. He's 14 months and says some things, he understands really well everything we say and responds appropriately. But he's not saying anywhere near as much as dd did at his age. Do you think this is because he's a boy? are they slower? or just coz he's lazy? or coz he's learnt other ways to communicate? In other ways he seems more grown up than 14 months, infact someone thought he was 2 the other day. I don't know 🤔

Evie say's all sorts to all my kids have been good with learning new words so quickly 😀

My Katie is 17months and she speaks A LOT. 'What's that?' is her war cry, and she's started copying words straight away! Am so proud! I'm a gab-a-minute, so noone is surprised!
My neighbours LO started speaking properly and copying words after he was two, and his speech is totally fine now.
They all learn different things at different times. Katie couldn't really climb anything at all until last week, including the stairs! Now there's no stopping her. But I've seen some kids launch themselves like experts around playparks, and they're only 10 months!!! Everyone is different xxx

Our son Geroge had an amazing vocablary, by 9 months he was already saying mama, dada, no, ta, door, star, gone, bang (fireworks), woo woo(dog)and bye. We set our selves up for a child genius! The health visitors even used him as part of a study into 'gifted' children. But by the age of 3 his language was the same as other children his age. We even had to take him for a hearing test recently cuz he mumbled alot, by no probs. Our daughter has just turned 8 months and says mama, dada, ta and recently hiya! Everyone says we talk so much in our house they have to do it early or never be heard!!
