It is not BT i am having probs with it is Virgin media 😠

BT is British telecom, one of the main land line phone providers in the uk. What did they do hippomamma?

im mad no boiler since i been back water leak in all electrics 😠 and council says it not an emergency wtf 😠 never worked prop since i been here 😠 council

no and no date to when there coming back there came first week we had gone and mum was here so no hot water for 2 weeks as far as they no 😠

and Jade-leigh, that's bad.. I had a similiar problem and went with out hot water for a bit.. it's especially horrible when you have kids to keep clean. Hope you're problem gets sorted quick too!!
