I saw your face across a crowded room,
My heart began to race,
Your smile, your eyes, your body,
Stayed with me throughout the night.

We was friends then, but things pursued,
I knew I wanted to be with you,
The moments we shared that night,
I just wanted to hold these memories tight.

Time went by each day,
And all we thought of was each other,
We wanted to spend our lives together,
And never worry about another.

Our hearts became as one,
And time used to pass us by,
Now we seem to spend more time together,
This is our alibi.

So I reach out and take your hand,
And tell you I love you so,
You tell me you love me too,
And we will never let each other go.
