no dummie

kieran has gone to bed twice now without a dummie wow no more bottle and no more dummies im so proud of him its not a baby anymore hes my little boy 😀
i have one problem when the new baby comes do u think he will steal the new babys bottles and dummies?
i think he would and it will just be a waste of time from now til the baby is born not havin the dummie then takin it again xxx

i dont think he will, a little while to go yet. and even if he does, it will be more of a joining in thing. he wont get dependant on them i wouldnt have thought

Heyyy 🙂
Nah I don't think he will either, especially if you make him feel like the important big brother and explain to him that dummies and bottles are only for babies so he doesn't need them, he's a big boy! 😀

Charlotte once tried to drink one of George's bottles and hated the taste if the formula so never tried again LOL!

Well done young man for not having your dummie!! 😀

i dont think he will hunni i was worried when i got ebonies dummi of her that she would take hollys of her when she was born but she was fine i was very suprised x

Dummie, that's cute, I've never heard it called that before... Way to go Keiran 😀 😀 😀
Aaralyn at almost 2 was still not ready to give it up so I took someone's advise and snipped it (cut the tip off) and I told her I accidently broke it (I know, I know 😊 ) I gave it to her and told her she could still have it if she wanted, she looked at it kinda funny and tried to put it in her mouth and then took it right out. She never wanted it in her mouth again, she slept with it in her hand for a few nights after that and then that was it, she was all done with it (it was the last one in house) I don't think he'll even have an interest in it when the baby comes 👶

well done kieran 😀 i dont think he'll take the new babbys dummy hun. its still a way off and he would have grown out of them by then

tell me how did you manage to get him to go to sleep without it. i'm currently trying to wean my lo off it during the daytime, but he still has it a nap time & bed time (don't think he's be able to sleep without it). thanks for any tips.x
