Childrens Nightwear - Help !!

Hi,

Can anyone help me please - I'm looking for some cotton pyjamas for my 6 year old. He suffers from eczema so can only wear pure cotton. Really seem to be struggling. Didn't think it could be this difficult !!

Any suggestions of where I could find some would be gratefully received !!

i had a look on ebay and there are about 50+ listings for 100% cotton pjs in the age 6-7 catagory of boys clothes, im sure there would be as many in age 5-6 too.
