Hi Alison,
What's it like being a mum of 4? I only ask because I'd love another child but me and hubby aren't sure that making the jump is good for us or not!
Having twins is hard work but we love it, I suppose there's part of us which wonders if we would have twins again if we try for another??!!
Kerry
Does the fact that I childmind sway your views??? lol
I absolutely love kids and although 4 is very hard work, especially when they are all bickering and squabbling, I wouldnt change a thing.
I did used to go out to work but the cost of childcare got too much during the holidays so gave it up and registered myself.
It is nice now though to be able to have children and hand them back at the end of the day, and I think it makes me a better parent 😀
I admire anyone who has more than 2 kids! I have 2 and don't know how I'd cope with more.
Hi Alison,
That's great you're a childminder, it sounds like you really enjoy it aswell. I love kids too, and although hubby and I said we'd call it a day after we had the twins now they've reached 3 I'm feeling all broody again! You don't make it sound hard at all, which my husband will find really strange!
I can't get enough of them and hate it when they go off to school, how sad am I?!!
My friend had a little girl some weeks ago and has asked me if I would have her when she returns to work in a few months time. I'm now unsure what to say as I'd love another and obviously wouldn't have my own and my friends baby at the same time. Hmmmm....some thought required!
Why dont you register as a minder?? That way you get to look after other children and get paid for it. As you have got the twins already you would only be able to register for one other under 5 but you would also be able to take on over 5's too. 😀
