what time do you go to bed?

its very rare for me to be in bed before 2 am 😲 i dont no why if i try go bed early i cannot settle i will toss and turn till about 2 am anyways

I go to bed when im tired lol!
Sometimes it can be around 10-11pm others it can be later but when im really tired it can be about 8pm!

i go to bed at 10 normally coz charlie wakes me up at 2 or 3 for a feed! 😉

Varies, sometimes it's 10-11 others times it's after 12, just depends 🙂

Me too, although occasionally I'll come home from work and just fall straight asleep, then wake up at 9pm all confused! I hate that, then you can't sleep til about 2am 😕

im usually a lte owl too. dont know why, im the same just cant sleep if i go too early. think my earliest is 11 but more often than not its after midnight.

🙂 I'm usually in bed for 12 but if its weekend can be up to 4am in morning lol, but iv been trying to get some early night lately I'm been good in bed for 10-11pm

I used to go to bed quite late sometimes 1am or even 2am, but since my son has been going to nursery I have to get up a bit earlier so am getting tired at around 11pm now. Sometimes my daughter doesnt settle till about 12:30 though so Im really exhausted at the moment. 😴
