Green Tea..

...is supposed to help you lose weight by burning calories and detoxing your system... Has anyone found this to be true?!

Oh never tired it sounds 🤢
i don't drink normal tea but if it does help loose weight might give it a try 😀

It's not too bad, you can get citrus flavoured green tea - it actually tastes quite nice. I think you're meant to have about 4 cups a day and I usually forget and end up only having one! Maybe I will try it properly and see.. Will keep you posted!

Ive tried the plain Green tea and it was rank! it should be banned lol xx

Its all my mum drinks. she likes white tea as well. Dont be fooled though girls- its NOT decafinated!!
