First Time Pregnancy Advice
Hello everyone
I got my BFP a few days ago and by calculations I am around 7weeks!! I would love some tips on what to avoid now I am pregnant!
Hello there! I hope the mother and the child are doing well so far! Congratulations on starting the great journey. I hope your 7 weeks went smooth. You might have to face some more challenges as time goes by. Eating healthy and getting proper rest is really important. Please visit your doctor regularly. You might feel nauseous which is just a common side effect, for that keep eating healthy and there's no harm indulging in your cravings a bit. As long as they are appropriate. You also might have temper issues and mood swings which are just your hormones messing up a little. Although your doctor may suggest himself/herself, vaccinations are important too. You cant really afford getting sick while being pregnant. Getting vaccinated is important for your child as well. Avoid alcohol and caffeine as they can interfere with your child's well being. Yoga can help you a great deal to stay healthy and mindful. These are the few important tips I could come up with. I hope they'll help you. Go a little easy on yourself because its just your first trimester. Consult your doctor whenever you feel something isnt going well. Wish you all the best. You've got 6 more months to go so I hope they go well and smooth. Take good care!

Hey Mar26. Congratulations on your pregnancy sweetie. So you are in your first trimester. Becoming a mother is the best time of any woman's life. I know those 9 months are very hard, but trust me, you will forget everything when you will see your little miracle, So its time for your advice, Now you have to remove all the bad things from your diet, no more unhealthy food. It's better if you only eat food cooked at home by yourself or anyone else. You have to avoid junk food, oily stuff, fizzy drinks, Smoking and Alcohol. You also have to take care of your posture when you are doing everything. Any little Mistake can ruin your pregnancy. If you want to relax then join a yoga class maybe or go for a massage every week. Whatever you do, don't push yourself too hard and yes don't take stress about anything. Stress is a very bad thing for you and your baby. I hope everything goes well for you sweetie! Good Luck! Much Love!

Congratulations! Every pregnant women must be really cautious on what they do and what they eat because it can all affect the child in they're carrying in their womb. Some people even suggest to take probiotics during pregnancy and breastfeeding to make sure that the right nutrients needed by the mother and her child are properly supplied.
Hi Mar26
Congratulation for conceiving because it guarantees that you will become a mother soon. However, there are things that you should do if you want to carry the pregnancy to full term. Also, there are plenty of things you should avoid so that you successfully carry and deliver the baby. Notice that the first weeks of pregnancy are critical since the body spends most of the time building the baby. This is the time when the fertilized egg is dividing itself into layers of cells after it has implanted itself on the uterine wall. Typically, the cells will be dividing fast meaning that the baby will be growing faster. You need to eat a balanced diet as well as supplements because the infrastructure for the bones and the muscles will be developing. In the 8th week, it is important that you start your antenatal program. This way, it ensures that your baby will be kept safe. Notice that there are things you can do during pregnancy which will affect the baby. So when you start the antenatal program, your midwife will be able to explain some of the things in details. The midwives are experienced and knowledgeable and have a lot of tips to help you cope with pregnancy. Remember there are issues that will start affecting you including going through morning sickness sessions, indigestion and cramps during the first trimester. They’re always challenging to new mothers and so it is important that you get some timely advice on the right things to do.
congratulations from my side , Its completely normal to feel like this.I think every new mum worries from the start and as you progress you will worry about different things, baby's movements, size and most of all the labour.
