Well she took it!

I just wanted you to know that Scarlett took her cows milk fine. Feel so so sad that I am not feeding her, but with this amount of antibiotics I would hate Scarlett having an upset tummy. Anyway she drank it all. I just measured it and she has roughly 6 1/2fl oz in the morning and the same tonight, does that sound enough, plus she has lots of cheese and yogurts and milk on her weetabix too. End of an era for me though, but we did have a nice cuddle whilst she drank it, as I gave it to her where I normally feed her on my bed.

just noticed this post

Glad she took it well hon. It sounds like she's getting LOADS of milk - way more than my Katie 🙂

Don't feel bad - it's the beginning of some serious freedom for you!!!! Just enjoy it hon.

how do I check my messages, I am probably being a bit thick but I can't see any inbox anywhere!!!
There is nothing naughty about still feeding if it suits you, I probably wouldn't have stopped today if I hadn't had to!

ignore that , I have just seen 1 new message in red, will read it now!!! lol

Glad it went well Pinkfairy and that you still managed to get that special cuddly time with Scarlett.

xx

well done pink fairy! It is sad isnt it, I wanted to breastfeed foreve but there has to be an end at some point. You will probably find that your LO will gain more independence now, with regards feeding. Sounds like she is getting plenty of calcium so no need to worry.
Good luck, love BEE X
