When is the right time for Baby Baptism?

I have not had my son baptized, just dedicated. Some people believe it is best to baptize them when they are old enough to know the meaning of baptism.

What are your thoughts?

I don't have a religion. However, I will educate my daughter about all the religions of the world (maybe just the popular ones) and it is for her to decide if she wants one or not.
