The Quiet Game to Quiet The Little Ones

So I play a game with my kids its called the Quiet Game. They have to Play around with making a sound. I use this game to shut them up when they cause me headaches from running around and causing mayhem. So the game is simple, they play or continue on doing what they are doing but they have to be silent as a mouse. whoever lasts til the end wins what ever snack they want. I suggest this to other mommies who just want quiet time.

What do you guys do to keep the kids sounds to a minimum?
