One thing to know

“It is worth choosing if you want a highchair that can stay useful well past toddlerhood.”

What I liked most

The Maxi-Cosi Minla is a practical highchair for families who want one seat to last beyond the first weaning months. It can be used from birth as a reclined infant seat, then as a highchair, booster and later a stool, which makes it feel more flexible than many standard highchairs. The multiple height and recline positions are genuinely useful, the tray is easy to remove, and the washable fabrics make everyday food mess easier to live with.

What could be better

Because it does so many jobs, it is bulkier than a very simple highchair and may be more than some families need. The many adjustment options are useful, but they also mean there is more to learn at first. If you only want a compact chair for occasional meals, a simpler model may suit you better.
