What I liked most
The Clarks Flash Garden Toddler Shoes have the familiar strengths parents expect from Clarks: easy riptape fastening, a properly structured sole, and a design that feels supportive for early walkers. The playful detail makes them more appealing to toddlers than a plain shoe, and the wide range of Clarks fittings can make it easier to find a workable size than with many supermarket or fashion shoes.
What could be better
They are not cheap for shoes that may only fit for a short spell, and the more structured feel will not suit every toddler, especially those used to very flexible barefoot-style shoes. The textile sections can start looking tired after wet playground use, and the fit still needs checking carefully because Clarks sizing does not guarantee every model suits every foot shape.
