Im about 3 to 4 weeks and Im getting sore cramps and twinges Im concerned because this is my 1st pregnancy and I dont know what to expect ....is it normal??

my 1st pregnancy and concerned about my cramps

HiIm 3 to 4 weeks pregnant and its my first. I have a bloated tummy that make me look about 5 months, and my cramps keep coming and going and can be quiet sore at times can anyone advice me if this is normal, or whether I should be concerned:scared:
