Gullivers Kingdom, for those who havent heard of it, is a chain of theme parks specifically aimed at younger children who can't really enjoy the big name theme parks. They have parks in Warrington, Matlock Bath and Milton Keynes - with a new Eco Park being built at the Milton Keynes site. I have only been to the one at Matlock Bath, which is actually the worst of the bunch as it is the original park, but I still love it! The park at Matlock bath is on the side of a hill, so can be a bit of a struggle for little legs and pushchairs, but what the park actually offers is great. It costs less than a tenner each, and children under 90cm go free, although this is because they are much more limited as to what they can ride. I last went when my son was dead on 90cm, a few of the rides he wouldn't go on, but most he loved! Some rides have a higher height if kids want to go on their own but for pretty much all rides any children over 90cm can go on with an adult. I'm looking forward to a trip to the Milton Keynes site in the summer! I highly recommend to toddler parents!
