Feels like sleeping beauty
Ever notice how you can feel so sleepy throughout the day. Like your body just shuts down and you feel all heavy. I dont know if this is relevant to my low BP. but i just wish to sleep and let the little ones run free

Well I am pretty sure that we have all had days like this at some point in our lives, and for some reason college seems to come to mind for me. I try to get as much sleep as I can, but sometimes there are the nights when I can only get about four hours and the whole day I am just dragging. The best thing is to try and squeeze in a nap, but if you cannot then caffeine sure helps!
Sadly for me I get no naps, little sleep and I have to stay from the beloved coffee and sugars. Only at night I will be automatically K.O. But its still all worth it.

I experienced sleeping spells too, I guess it's a way to let your body relax and make room for you to rest. This is well embraced when you don't have little ones around to look after; but with a full house like @Akiram13, it is quite impossible.
I am more like that now than I was when the kids were smaller and I find myself taking more naps than I ever used to. When my kids were small, I would take a nap with them and also go to bed at the same time as them. Being a single mother, I had to get all the sleep I could. I have days that I feel as though I am not going to make it through the whole day and my body and eyes feel like they are weighted down. I hate those types of days since I do not get nearly enough done. Your low blood pressure could have something to do with it and maybe you should talk to your doctor.
Oh yes, 100%! Sometimes we will be playing in my daughters room and I literally just lie down on the floor and close my eyes momentarily while she's playing! Obviously I wouldn't do that somewhere unsafe, but if she's somewhere secure and I can just close my eyes (without falling asleep!) I do. It's so tiring being a parent, more so than I ever thought. Your brain is just always switched on, so it can be super exhausting, I find.
This is harder on my part I could get the two kids down for a nap but that one little girl won't sleep then will make a ruckus til her sister wakes up. But luckily for me I got to take a long needed nap yesterday after my check up. Problem is I am losing weight probably from lack of sleep stress and well not eating as much as I use too.
