My first born has really sensitive skin, and she has eczema as well. She also used to get really bad nappy rashes, the things I tried that worked were:
1. Egg Whites whipped up as if you are making a meringue, put it on the affected area and have her lie around without a nappy until it kind of dried up, then without wiping it off apply bum cream and then the nappy. (I've heard others say after applying the egg whites, they cake it with corn starch and then the nappy without waiting for it to dry and without applying bum cream, but I haven't tried that).
2. Sudocrem, Sudocrem, and more Sudocrem. It is kind of pricey but a little goes a long way. I always make sure to have at least 2 tubs in my house, it works really fast and I use it on other rashes and scrapes and even her eczema.
Here's a link to a review that I wrote about Sudocrem - Sudocrem review
Hope it helps.Smile

Well the good news is that I am pretty sure that rashes are just a part of the process and they jsut come with the territory of having a child. There are just far too many external and environmental factors at work to be completely safe, but the best thing is to check with the doctor if you think it might be something more than just a simple rash.

Its because she is a little porker eats alot, has her milk and eats again. Which also means she always goes potty. Her bum gets no rest. I cant always use soap because it irritates her even more. If I cant find a solution I probably will take her to her pedia for advice on it.

I think you should try Sudocrem, it is tender on the body, heals and prevents all forms of rashes. I used it for my son from birth till he started potty training. You will love it and the smell is just lovely; it makes the area silky to touch and fresh all day.

@darkchild I have never heard of it but I will look into it. She isn't getting rashes anymore because her poo is no longer constant like it was when she was 10 months. When my son is here and if he gets rashes I will surely look for that. I am not sure if we have that were I am. Thanks for the suggestion Smile
