Sites for Free Baby Supplies?

I am currently in my third trimester, and it is time to stock up on baby things. My family is on an incredibly tight budget, as we just moved into housing from on the streets. Neither my partner and I have other family in our lives to assist us. The parenting practices we are putting into place are cheaper than conventional methods (breastfeeding, using wraps instead of a stroller, making our own cloth diapers), but eliminating cost is impossible. I have been checking the free section of Craigslist and freecycle.com, and managed to collect a nice bedside bassinet and a changing table this way. As babies tend to grow out of their things while they are still in good condition, it seems like there would be a website specifically for people looking to get rid of baby things that they no longer need. Do you know of any sites like this, or have any advice for other places to look?

Do you have any Facebook Buy/Swap/Sell groups that are local to you? I have a few of those locally, and a lot of the time people are either giving away baby stuff on them to free up space, or selling things for super cheap. It helps a lot if you can snag some bargains on sites like those!

You can also get freebies by signing up with Nestle Baby, Pampers, Huggies and other baby product manufacturers. They'll send you free samples, coupons etc. I've even gotten a nice diaper bag from one site. If you belong to any rewards sites...this is a really easy way to get free stuff to try out. Companies will send you items to try out for free...and then record your opinion so they can see how you feel about things. There are also magazines you can subscribe to and get free samples as well.

We are also on a quite tight budget so I have resorted to Pinterest to try and find some DIY projects to make my own baby bum cream and stuff like that. I have found some nice DIY projects there, but still have to try them out for myself.
