Lifting after a C-section
Hi, i've really been struggling since my daughters birth, a friend mentioned about Snugglebundl and i've been really impressed. My stitches no longer pull when i'm picking her up. So nice to be able to enjoy her and not worry i'm going to do myself any damage.
I totally agree I had a C-section with my daughter and she is now 22 months old and I still get numbness there. But it is the most painful thing I've ever experienced.
My sister struggled a lot after c-section delivery.

It is fine to lift after a C-Section as long as you wear a binder. In other places, they would really encourage you to do so but with a limit. Wearing a binder would definitely help a lot. It prevents tearing of the operations that would cause bleeding and opening of wounds.
I had C-sections with both of my children. I did not do any lifting other than them after I had the surgeries. I never had any problems with the incisions. I had staples and tape instead of sutures so I do not know if that made it any better. The area around the incision has no feeling and it feels weird sometimes but does not bother me. I have heard of these binders but have never used one. I hear they work really well.

Yup.. it really helped a lot. but of course you're not going to lift things more than the weight of your new baby.. Oh good for you you have staples.. we only have stitches so.. yup its better to have the binder.
