I was 16 st after I had my first child, Im now 10st 5lb, not perfect but trim-ish!
I too did weight watchers, and sucessfully. But having stopped I have found it impossible to go back to!
Quorn stuff is really low in fat if you pick the right products. If you dont like salad, it has to be veg or fruit. Raw veg stick with low fat dips or houmus is great. Treat yourself, if you like more expensive fruits!
If you cant get variety from meat, then verying your carbs can be great - as rice, pasta, potatoes can get really boring.
Have you tried cous cous, bulgar wheat? they are both lovely. Also noodle make a great change to rice.
I think just finding food that you can really enjoy is what helps most.
Even just cutting out sugar, butter, oil etc can make a huge difference!
Good luck! xXx
I know that feeling Jodie!
I lost 2 stone with WW before I was preggers but at the moment just can't seem to motivate myself to diet!
A friend recommended the Paul McKenna 'I can make you thin' book and CD which you can pick up pretty cheap on ebay. I've read it and it does make perfect sense, no diets, just helping you to change bad habits, so think I may actually start to try when I go back to work (this Monday coming!!!).
Hope you find a way!

I'm trying to lose weight myself but HATE salads and anything bland tasting. So the key is exercise- I know it sounds like a bore but I just do 20 minutes a day and slowly but surely my trousers felt a little loose! Just 60 sit-ups and 20 lunges later an I'm much more confident. Try eating whole-meal pasta too as its low in fat and fills you up for ages so your not tempted to snack!
