Nutrition help for my children

Hi guys, so nice to meet you all.

I just wanted to ask how everyone else manages to get their children to eat enough good food so that they get their 5 a day?

I'm always rushing about probably like many of you, I dont always have alot of time to shop and prepare meals and my children always look disgusted when they are offered any fruit and veg!

Would appreciate any tips or suggestion and to know who else has this issue!

Thanks

Jo x

I find that not giving snacks to my daughter helps. She was always the same and I just thought she was a fussy eater when, really, she wasn't hungry at meal times; at least not for veggies. I cut out snacks and now she regularly eats veggies and salad. Good luck as I know how frustrating it is

Your children should have 2-4 portions of fresh fruit everyday, and 6 to 11 portions of breads, cereals, pasta rise. I think these could be beneficial for your childern's health.
