We are going to the snow YAY............

We are going to go to Melbourne at the end of next month. We are going to a snow resort (the kids and i have never seen snow). So far we have looked at booking snow boarding lessons for my eldest DS and i. Hubby is to afraid he will break something then not be able to work so he is going to watch with our youngest.We are so excited after DH heart attack and stress full family drama's we really need to get away. Im counting down the days lol.

Thanks Alex we are so excited. Vic and i are planning away like mad. Justin thinks im more annoying than the kids with all my silly questions like is the snow soft what will it feel like when i get hit with a snow ball (he just laughs so hard at that question) lol
At least we know we wont be to bad at snow boarding vic and i skateboard not to bad (well vic's pretty good anyway ).

Are you and Joseph going to Disneyland in America this year? I couldnt remember if it was last October that you were going or your going this October? (that would be sooooo much fun the kids would go crazy).

Snowballs hurt when they hit your skin, it feels like a wet cold slap! Your husband will be fine, if he falls over he'll be landing in nice soft snow, I hope you all have a good time.

We did talk about it, hopefully yes but not sure now as she is not long back from a trip to Florida to visit her folks.

Oh that would be great if you could meet up. How is Tam and Aaralyn doing? I havnt caught up with Tam for ages (im not a facebook person lol)tell her we say hello from down under when you chat with her next. I hope that one day i can take the boy's to Disneyland i think its most childrens dream to go (mine anyway) .
I wonder if it would still be a little warm in the states in October or if thats when the cooler weather comes in??

It is still quite warm in the southern states in October, well, it warrants suncream for brits.

I know we start burning up here by September/October. Im from European background but I have very fair skin(peaches n cream) and fry quite easy. Little Samuel is even more fairer than i so we limit his time out in the sun as we even burn standing in the shade on a hot day:suspect: .
