Joseph has done his first

Full days at school since his OP.

Joseph went to school on Monday and insisted that he wanted to stay all day (he went back on the 1st Feb for 3 mornings for 2 hours each time) so this was going to be his first full day back since surgery. He did so well, did come through to my room at lunchtime for some calpol but skipped away back to class he loved being back (was grumpy on Monday night as he was tired but it was only me that had to deal with it)

He insisted he stay again Tuesday and again yesterday so he has gone from 3x2hour sessions to 3 full days in a row however, I made him come home today at 12noon with me and boy has he been grumpy with me. Not sure if it because he is tired and needed the half day or if he is grumpy with me for taking him home!!

I can't believe how well he is doing now.

We have been in contact with the child physio and she has heped us make an activity chart to help build up Joseph's stamina. He goes back to swimming next week

At the moment he is having 10minutes on the wii fit!!!

sounds like he has come on so far since such a tramatic op
