Very faint positive line. False result or not?

I am at least 3 days late for my cycle and I have all the signs Ihave had in the past. Gastric reflux, morning sickness, sore, swollen boobs, back pain, clicking hip more than normal, pelvic pains, metallic taste in my mouth, increased discharge and finally exhurstion. So today I listened to my hubbie and went to my local drop-in family planning clinic and they did a test. Well the positive line was there but very faint. The lady that saw me was lovely. She said it does look like a positive but to get a better result I should go back next week and have another test done jsut to get a more accorate result. Well I have alwasy been told a line is a line no matter how faint it is. I had to repeat the test twice with both EJ and the twins so I know it can happen. So it looks like I am joining you all before I was meant to have been. Me and hubbie aggreed to start TTCign again after the new year but like RB, LC, EJ and the twins I have caught while talking about TTCing. I guess things happen when you less expect them too. All I would like is to have a healthy pregnancy with no complications that ends with a healthy on time baby

Thank you. Hubbie decided to buy one of those digital tests that tells you how mamny weeks ago you conceived. Well that came up positive and for the conception date thing it says 6-7 weeks which would make me about 8-9 weeks which is wrong for my dates unless Ihad my monthly last month when I should off. Anyway I made an appointment to see my doctor thsi morning and he has decided to do 2 pregnancy tests. One by blood which he took today and is sending to the lab and he labeled it as urgent, and has also done bllods ot check my iron count, anti-bodies in my blood and the thickness of my blood. And tomorrow morning I have to supply a urine sample which is also requesting gets checked for infections, key-tones, sugar and blood. He has also prescribed 2 different medicatiomns for the gastric reflux problem I am having. He has given me 150mg Ranitidine tablets 1 twice a day which are only to be given if neccary dueing pregnancy and 10mls gavison advance 3 times a day at least 10 mins before meals. I have been having horrid abdo cramps today which he checked out and he said that my uterus is a lot more swollen than it should be at this stage. Apparently you should only be able to feel the very top but he can feel about 2cm above my pelvic bone. He feels that with the test last night and the swelling I already have to the uterus that I might be having anothe rmultiply pregnancy which I will findout on the 30th as well as finding out how far along I am. So my due date is somewhre between 20th June and the 23rd July depending on the dates on the scan

I had faint positive with Jess- I was told the same when I got pregant with James as had faint line with him too, a line is still a line! Congratulations to you both- fingers and toes crossed for you

Is that a new Clearblue test you used then? They only go up to 3+ dont they????
